The World Federation of Physics Competitions holds its Congresses once every two years.
At the Congress, strategies are discussed to discover, educate and help in the development of talented children in the scientific fields.
The Congress is held, as a rule, every two years; The difference in expenses between the Participation Fee and the Organizational Expenses, if any, is paid to the Federation Budget. For this reason, the participation fee is mandatory for all participants regardless of their position.
At the Congress, the leadership of the Federation is elected by direct and personal vote for a period of four years. The mandate of the current leadership being in force until from 2024 Congress and ending at the Congress of 2028

400 EU/participant without an oral contribution
380 EUR/participant with an oral contribution - The participation fee conditions attendance at the Congress. It must be paid at any time until Tuesday, February 10, 2026
Instructions will follow after receiving the email indicating the intention to participate.
In case of no show the fee is non-refundable. - Accommodation, Meals, Visits to tourist attractions, Excursions, are included in the participation fee and are provided by the organizers
